For quite some time, the "death" of Warzone's Verdansk map has been predicted. Rumors of an explosive (literally) finale first appeared in February, and they started to look more plausible after a leak of what seems to be Warzone's newest map on April 1. Warzone update

          The missiles then started to fly in Verdansk last week, but fortunately no one thought to arm the warheads before launching them.That does, however, set the scene for a massive unexploded bomb under Verdansk, which will be a relatively simple turn into an explosive map remake.

          It's conceivable that this would mark the start of a new LTM, but I believe the more likely scenario is something more akin to a Fortnite situation, such as the Galactus showdown that brought season 4 to a close.

          The timing is also appropriate, as Warzone season 2 is set to conclude on April 22. That prediction is based on the Season 2 battle pass's end date, so it could be wrong, or Warzone could go offline for a day to accommodate the major map update, similar to when Fortnite was just a black hole.Call Of Duty Warzone Ending

What Is This Ending?

          The latest Call of Duty: Warzone season has come to an end, and it'll be over in less than a fortnight. 

          The Call of Duty Twitter account teased that "the end is close" - precisely, that "the end is near" will happen on April 21 at noon PDT / 3 pm EDT / 8 pm BST. The teaser video seems to reveal one of the in-game terminals, which has some pixelated skull art on its orange screen.
