The letter alleges that SBMM Warzone violates Activision's API terms of use and infringes on Activision's trademark, among other breaches of privacy laws in both the European Union and the United States, according to the game's developers. Activision has been contacted by the developers in an attempt to find a compromise or form a relationship, but no response has been obtained. "We'd like to be able to communicate with them. We think we have so much more to give this culture "Eurogamer spoke with one of the site's founders.

The platform, which has advertising and a paid subscription package that costs between $4 and $6 a month, has drawn a large number of players. Premium membership grants access to extra data aggregation, such as the ability to save a player's previous game results and Gulag victory percentage. REFUNDING FROM SITE:

Customers will be refunded as and when the SBMM Warzone website is taken down, according to the developers.

The platform seems to be able to shut down if necessary, but would like to open a dialogue with the developers in order to work out a relationship. The group clearly wants SBMM Warzone to become partnered, based on the reactions to this news.

Despite its divisive beginnings, the lobby-tracking website has proven to be a valuable platform for both casual and professional Warzone players. Few fans use it to discredit major streamers' high-kill results, but most people believe that the increased clarity is beneficial.

Fans of the battle royale would be disappointed by this shutdown, according to both reports. The site's popularity has grown to the point that they were monitoring lobbies for whole competitions, such as the Toronto Ultra $100K Trios kill run, adding to the competitive scene's complexity.

          With a large number of people showing interest online, SBMM Warzone and the site's fans are hoping that Activision can discuss a collaboration opportunity.
